just finishing up the fuel system. then started throwing around the idea of making it forward facing throttle body and boost pipe

i will need to:

cut off the bottom of the plenium and have it tig welded back on
extended the TPS and MAF wires(i actually just wired the 05+ style maf on)
have a new boost pipe made to fit
find a longer throttle cable

whatcha think?

That looks awesome IMO. However, I'd move the MAF to the bottom of the intake tubing to clean it up some. Then you can run the wires along the bottom of the intake tube to keep with the clean look under there.

That's pretty sick looking. If it doesn't get in the way of other plumbing then go for it.

the turbo and kit were about $2700, but i went balls to the wall on the fuel system and everything else, so i have about $4500 tied up in it

Really thats not too bad, some ppl say go turbo on a 4.6 and dont supercharge it... Honestly I need to educate myself a little more on the benefits of either but I just want to go forced induction on my car so bad.
