Hey i was just wondering what everyones track times were here. I have an 88 mustang gt(bone stock) and I ran a 15.06 at SIR last night without my posi working. Is this fairly good for a stock 5.0 with 260,000 kms on it. I also only paid 1500 for it and painted it and put Cobra R's on it

Thats probably not a bad time for a car with that many miles on it-is it a stick car or an auto??I have a 90 LX 5.0 5spd. thats my daily driver in the summer with the usual host of upgrades(heads, intake, cam, etc.)and it has ran 11.97 best this year at SIR on engine only(no power adders)the car is still using the factory EFI system except it has larger injectors and mass air meter-great fun,do you have any modifications planned for yours????

its a five speed. It took a little bit to figure out how to launch it, but i know there is lots more in it. If i get my posi to work I think I could hit mid 14's.. Thats better than most LT1 camaros out there.

My best 60ft.s were 2.2 on street tires.

Ahh, this must be Gord with the Orange one, right? I ran a 14.6@96mph with just exhaust, and it could have been a lot better with a set of slicks. Once you get used to launching it you'll be in the 14's no prob. And my posi was screwed at that time too.
