Well after changing my clutch i decided not to put the stock exhaust back on and just left the gutted H pipe on there. The fumes when i come to a stop light are getting old, so i was thinking about putting spintech, or magnapack system on my car. I'd like to have it come out the side, i know you can buy spintech side exhaust, but what about the magnapacks? Anyone have sound clips of these? and whats going to be the louder better sounding one? Its a stock motor with just the gutted h pipe.

Magnapacks sound great. They dont sounds like the crappy glass packs on an old chevy truck, trust me. My friend has them on his 98 cobra and it sounds great, and really screams. I have never heard a car louder on the street before.

Spintech Pro-Streets are going to be really, really loud depending on what the rest of your exhaust setup is. Go to Spintech's website to see some video/sound clips.

I have BBK LTs, Dr. Gas o/r X and Spintech Pro streets and my car is quite loud. It's not deafening but its loud.
As for pro-streets, I think my car sounds good once it gets to about 2800 RPMs, but below that it sounds kinda bad. My motor just doesnt flow enough to make them sound good til I get up in the R's. Pro-streets flow too well for a stock motored car. That's why I cant wait to do my H/C/I next year and hear the full potential of my exhaust because between my LTs and Pro streets my exhaust makes is more set up for larger horsepower #s than what I'm making right now.

pro streets with heads cam is the best thing i have EVER heard on a 5.0
if you are looking at magnapacks, dont waste your money and get race bullets welded in.
