Guys my friend have TR3650 not T45 (96-01 use ATF)

straight from the workshop manual

Lubricants (Spec and Capacity) Fluid
T50D-MERCON® Multi-Purpose ATF Transmission Fluid XT-2-QDX 2.6L (2.8 qt)
TR3650 MERCON® Multi-Purpose (ATF) Transmission Fluid XT-2-QDX 3.6L (7.5 pt)

i prefer 1 quart Ford synthetic manual trans fluid and fill the rest with atf.

Hard to believe the fluid type would actually make a noticeable difference. Any full synthetic ATF would be just fine and would give you great protection against whatever it is that goes on in that big chunk 'o tranny.

For the Tremec 3650, 3.0L (3.2 quarts) of DEXRON III
I spent several hours with Tremec tech support about this official recommendation and almost ruined my tranny following it. In the northeast, once it gets cold, the dex will cause grinding.I switched to a full syn atf and the tranny is smoothe as silk. Use non syn Dex at your own risk.

Erie , PA Northeast here ,its too damn cold and hard to shift

I just changed to Royal Purple Synchromax. Shifts even smoother than when the Mobil 1 atf was in there even when cold. I know that Tremec doesn't "recommend" using this, but I went with it anyway and am happy I did. With the 3650 you'll need 4 quarts. It won't run out the hole, but according to the manual the tranny needs 3.7 liters to be full. Since a quart is .945 liters I just did the math.
