i am installing a tremec 3550 tranny but i need to get a peice and i don't know what it's called. At the front of the tranny there is the bell housing, but what is the name of the peice that bolts onto the back of the tranny that the driveshaft goes into?
i'm pretty sure that the tail shaft is part of the tranny and the driveshaft slides onto it, i think the part i'm looking for might be called the yoke, anyone know which is right?
