I am about to switch over to a 351 and am wanting to sell some of the stock 5.0 stuff and efi since I am also switching to carb. Its a stock 302 with all stock hardware down to the air box. What should I expect to see out of the motor? It has 145k, starts great, NO SMOKE at all, only runs 15.50's on a 100 degree day but still has the stock auto with stock gears. I want to sell all the efi stuff down to the computer as well. Might as well get rid of chit and not stock pile it up in the garage and take up valuable realestate. Any ideas???

Have the heads, intake, throttle body, and air box w/tube.
Motor is still in car and runs great. Not going to pull it until the 351 is built or the motor sell.
A buddy sold a 94 block with about 200k on it and alot of nos passes for 275 just for the short block.
What would be a fair price? Not sure what to ask and not sound like a greedy jerk but then again don't want to leave money on the table either.
