Hey guys! I'm potentially looking at a 93 hatch for sale. It's in great shape, body has no issues, interior is clean, everything seems to work. It's a 2.3 with auto, and has about 150k on it. Owner says it has had a recent tranny rebuild and top end rebuild. Tires are a little older but still ok for at least a year I would think.

He's asking 2500, what would be fair to offer him? I would like to drive away with it for 2 grand but I have no idea if he'd take it.

Its worth blue book, unlike 5.0s that can be worth several times blue book depending on condition. I dont know what it comes to but definately less than 2500.

Offer him a little over 1000 and show him 5.0s that run his asking price
