Whats the best bang for the buck Head?

Im looking into rebuilding my engine and ive narrowed the field down to 3 choices for heads. Its either Trick Flow Twisted Wedge, Edelbrock Performers, or Ford GT40s. Im looking to save not spend an arm and a leg here, but i want a good amount of power outta these things. Im rebuilding a 302 and im planning on running about 10lbs of boost someday. So basically my question is with a fully built 302 with 10lbs or boost wit gt40 heads and all the other essential engine stuff, would it be posible for me to run high 11's? That is my goal for my project, will GT40s be enough Head. Thanks ahead of time, and please feel free to direct me in the right direction to acheive my goal.

i would say that the best would the the TW heads. they will work really well with the boost.

its AFR 165 heads, check this out

i'd say the best bang for the buck would be GT-40P heads... 1.94 int/1.54 exh w/ good flow numbers and you can get them assembled for $520 (cheapest i've seen).

granted, i'd take the AFR 185 if i had the cash

Summit offers GT40Xs' are these Aluminum? It says they are but i didnt think the GT40s were aluminum. They come with 1.94 intake valves and 1.54 exhaust valves with a 64cc combustion chamber. This sounds really good to me, i still dont know what to do, i still have some time to make up my decision

Hawaii racing sells the GT40y aluminum head for $799 (or is it $699) assembled. The owner has some sort of special deal with FMS. Anyway, if you are pinching pennies, thats the way to go- with 10lb's of boost you can get a car with stock heads to go high 11's. I think the TFS are the best performers though...

I think the canadian fella means $640 Canadian OR $460 USD per head.

Keep in mind that the 64 cc chamber will prolly lower your comp ratio if i'm not mistaken, not to mention that iron heads are usually better on a N/A application (keeps the temp constant for good combustion

however, yea those heads are awesome, and i'd use them if you need to save the weight, or if you are boosted/nitrous
