Hey guy's we did The Automatic too T-5 Swap and we are having Problems with the Clutch Being Very Stiff ...

my Left Leg is way Rip than my Right leg ...

it's a 95 GT we changed everything on it ,

As for part's on clutch , Stock Clutch cable - UPR Tripple hook Quadrant & firewall adjuster - Ram Clutch Reg kit. - throwout bearing , pilot bearing - resurfaced flywheel ...

i thought it would soften out after time passed , but it's stiffer and it seem's pretty soon i will not be able to press on the clutch any more ....

it's seem's like footpress at 100 lbs.

what could be the Problem?

Nothing is wrong, it's just a 5.0. Centerforce & McCleod are the soft ones and costly. RAM is a stiff mofo like King Cobras and Motorsport HD's.

Might add / i'm grinding into gears since it seem's like the clutch is not opening , it's really stiff Like a Woody in the morning , Head on over to take a piss but you can't aim it down to the piss Bowl cause the Baster is to stiff LOL... but the girls love it ... any who back to the clutch !

should i just take it to ford and have them install - New Clutch cable , Clutch , and Flywheel ?

IMO the dealer is gonna cost you a lot to finish this off.
Have you tried ajusting @ the firewall yet?
