I think the rear is wrong. Look at the difference between H&R race for IRS and non-IRS. Sorry. Front should be right though. From my experience the ride quality is pretty similar to stock. Stays a bit flatter in the corners as the springs stiffen up.
go with kenny brown, h&r, hypercoil or anything but eibach, I don't think they give an even lowering front but they do handle much better than stock! judging by the question you probably already have them, wish I knew, but I belive they would be the same rates as those on the 2000 cobra r
