This part flops around under my dash. It has a couple of (not working) fasteners at the top corners. If someone can shed a light what it's purpose is, it would be much appreciated. I'd like to tighten it up, not sure what to use, the fasteners don't look like any screws I've seen. When I push it back and tighten the fasteners they don't bite on anything.
