I ordered my head changing kit about a week ago and they said they were going to call me or email when they shipped it. I haven't got an email or phone call yet and I haven't been billed. I couldn't find an email adress on their website so does anyone know their email?? I really need this by next week and it seems like I shouldn't Have to call their store in Florida...

I probably wrecked the website ordering stuff the other day, but you're right I never saw an e-mail address either only the phone #.

I ordered a grill delete kit on a Monday, got it the next Monday. Your best bet is to give them a call. Call from work, that's what I did.

yeah fred has been a big help to me in the past. usually gets my emails withing an hour or 2 of me sending them.

As you can see in my "PICS" link I have ordered a ton of stuff from steeda and have never had an issue at all. I'm sure your concern will be taken care of in an efficient manner.
