Hi all..

I'm new to the forum and have a couple questions about my 1993 cobra w/ 65K miles. This is my second Fox body stang, but my last one was many years ago and I'm trying to remember some of the quirks. I noticed that my oil preassure guage needle seems to spend a lot of time at the bottom of the guage. It will move to the middle of the guage under certain idle and RPM conditions, but usually hangs very low. There is plenty of oil in the car, but not sure how to check the health of the oil pump, it that is required. I'm not sure if this is normal for the car. Please let me know if you have any ideas. thanks a lot for looking.

Its typical. I own three fox cars. One of which I bought new in '88. It's always read very low from the day I bought it new. All three of mine show on the low to mid side.

Good luck
