Whats your opinions on this?

this is borderline tech, so move it if you think you should.
Anywho, I might be getting a fox (87-93, not sure), with a spent 302 in it. At this place that my father has been doing jobs at for years, they are scrapping a batch of ford pickups. Im pretty sure a handful hav 351s in them, and the rest are non h/o 5.0s.
Considering I can find a good 351 from the bunch, what would it take to get the 351 into the car, and give it a little extra go?

Keep in mind, this car isnt a keeper, Im gonna sell it once its done and catch a little profit. So is the free 351 worth the essential mods, or should I just grab a h/o 302 (I cant get them for a few hundred)? I would think the 351 would bring in some extra dough. Anyways, what do you think?
Thanks alot.

Doing the little bit of research that i have the 351 is a hard motor to make fit and needs lots of little extras to get it going (brackets and oil pans and such) I would suggest the 302-347 conversion if you want to make some extra bucks. Good Luck.

I'd do a cheap rebuild on the 5.0 and sell it with the 5.0 engine. The 351 swap will have extra cost parts needed and any extra vlaue for having the 351 in it will be eaten up by the specific parts you will need.
