Front Wheel bearing to Spindle nut (35 mm axle nut socket) = 221 - 295 Ft LB's.They have to be extremely tight. And it would also take a very expensive torque wrench to gauge such force.I,have done it using a standard readily available 150 ft lb torque wrench and a large breaker bar.You can do it this way,but you won't be able to gauge exactly how much force is being applied after the 150 limit is reached.(This is what the breaker bar is used for.Never push your torque wrench past it's specified rating).Usually going by your own body weight standing full force on the end of the breaker bar, without bouncing.A 19 in. bar will be most accurate.

There may be other methods, but I am uncertain as to which.Use this at your own accord.
