Wheel Help?

I found some pictures of some torch reds with black bullitts.

These are V6's with some pretty ugly mods but they show the basic idea. And they're not 18 inch DD wheels either.

Haha thats funny I didn't even notice those emblems.

I was thinking black DD bullitts in the back and regular bullitts in the front. So only deep dish in the rears.

I'll resend it Bigcat
i was thinking that too for me. then i thought crap if i get a flat i need to have an extra of each. also id have to keep them home. cuz im not having 2 spares in my trunk. so someone would have to go to my house and get one and bring it back. so personally i think im gonna go 9s all around.

D-06, couple more questions for you

You can only buy CCW wheels direct from CCW. ccwheel.com is the site.

CCW's are custom built for each application at the time of order so the backspacing is custom and has a perfect fit. They are not available in any color other than polished aluminum that I know of.

The wheels were around $3,800 with tires. (BFG KDW 2s)

I have some pics but I am TDY in Mountain Hamoe AFB in Idaho and dont have them with me.

I have had 4 sets of CCWs so far so if you wan5t any more info just let me know.

Dan

How are the quality of the rims you have had from them in the past? Would you say they are worth the money? Any issues at all with them, fitment, rubbing, sent wrong sizes, etc? On your other four sets, were any of those on your 06 mustang or are the ones you just ordered the first ones for your new stang? Do you know the weights of the rims? I'd like to get the 19x9.5 for the front and the 19x11 or 19x11.5 for the rear. Do you think the 11.5 will fit? If so what offset would I need to order them with? I'd like to stick a 305 or a 315 back there but don't want any rubbing issues at all. I have stock suspension right now but am planning on doing the full Steeda suspension maybe next summer. Sorry for all the questions and thanks for any help. :D

Just talk to john or Chip, they will tell you everything you need to know. You dont need to know specs, just tell them what you want and they will tell you if it is possible. They will do the perfect offset per order and everything.

My other sets were amazing, the quality is beyond perfect. They are strong light, but I am not sure about the weight, and the finish and fit is spectacular. My 19" 505A's were lighter than my stock 00 GT wheels, but I dont know by how much. The service is impecable, you talk to them directly, they tell you what they are going to do in terms of wheels sizes, offsets etc, so your involved with the decision and build. They are well worth the money!

Thanks man, much appreciated. I'll have to get in touch with them, not to often nowadays that you get one on one service like that. Not sure if I should wait though because the midwest winter will be hitting soon and the car will be tucked away in the garage until next year.

I know they have great sponsors on the site and they are on the top of the list but I need to weigh my options. I did decide on the black bullitt wheels. I'm not too fond of the Deep Dish but they're still in the mix. Basically I've seen some online staggered (not dd) 18x9 front 18x10 rear for around $600. Not sure if I would or wouldn't like dd in the rear. Where are some good places to buy?

only thing i will say is that on a red car chrome or polished wheels look best

I agree...unless your going to do a black out theme with stripes.Taking your first idea is usually the best one,its what you like..go for it!

Problem. Just ordered my wheels and they sent them to me DD all the way around. I asked for the staggered. 18x9 front 18x10 back. I called and asked them what the hell was up and they said thats all they have. What should I do now? I don't want DD all the way around. If I send back just the fronts how do I find and make sure the fronts 18x9 will match and are staggered?
