Wheel hop problem

Last year I had 3:73's put in. I am now experiencing wheel hop problems. WHen I take opff hard, it's fine through first, but the second I shift into second and hit it, it hops really bad. I really don't like this, as I am affraid of something breaking. How do I get rid of it. I still have the stock quad shocks and stock control arms, upper and lower.

a stiffer shock and some good upper and lower control arms will help.

do u have a rear sway bar?

new control arms (and stiffer bushings)
stiffer shocks
new quad shocks

I had nasty wheel hop when I got 3.73s too. Steeda control arms and some adjustable shocks took care of that. No quad shocks required.

I have Bilstein shocks. I also am running the sway bar. I will have to save up some coin for lower control arms.

I have lakewood's traction action uppers and lowers for my stang. i have no wheel hop issues since i went with them. get yourself a good set of control arms that will solve your problem
