I am goign to be running 17X8 on the front and 18x8 on the rear of my stang. Has anyone had problems running diffrent size rims. Or does anyone think it look bad when people do it. Does anyone got lowering springs for sale?

As long as the tires you are running are the same overall size, it won't hurt anything, and some exotic cars come with this setup, though I can't really figure why you would want to do it on a Mustang..

Tech note: If your tires are not the same circumfrance it can cause serious braking problems, esp. if you have ABS. ie: 275/40/17 and 245/45/17's can be used together with no problems because the circumferance is the same (+- 1%). Not a recommendation, but, some of the online tire shops have calculators that will help you get the sizes matched.

thats what im running now. no problem on tire wear.

To me it doesn't even matter if the backs wear out first anyways. It's worth haveing the bigger tire in the back and it's obviously gonna cost the same to replace two pairs as it is to replace one set. It's a mustang....it's gonna wear out tires...
