Wheel sanity check

I need a sanity check to make sure I'm looking at my wheel math correctly. I've finally found a set of wheels that I really like, unfortunately they are sized for '05 and up mustangs. I know that it would be easier just to get a set of wheels that fit my car but these are the ones that I've settled on and since these will just be for the street I don't need to worry about the strength issues with involving spacers.

I was looking at getting a set of Foose Nitrous 18x10 (backspace 179mm, offset +38mm) rear and 18x8.5 (backspace 134mm, offset +13) front.

I just want to make sure that in order for these rims to fit an '03 GT that I will need a 1/2" spacer for every wheel. This should be the correct size that I will need and I saw a set at MM so they should be good quality. So if anyone can tell me that I may have missed something and will require different sized spacers, then please so.

Also, these wheels should line up nicely with my body without sticking out after adding the spacer, correct?

If this logic make sense, then I just need to find a good set of 285-305 tires to throw on these. :D Thanks ppl
