wheel spacers: fitment

I found these on ebay and will these fit correctly on my car? What are those nuts for?

those wheel spacers use you stock wheel studs to bolt them to the axle. then they have their own studs that the wheels bolt onto. this allows you to run spacers without having to put in longer studs in your axleshafts.
