Is it possible to polish a satin wheel, and make it look like a polished wheel???

Well you cant just buy some polish, and do it by hand. But it can be done. I know Eastwood sells a kit to do it.

If you are doing it by hand, it would be VERY labor intensive, and therefore prohibitive.
