Get the right backspacing and you wont need spacers.

I put '03 wheels on my '92 and they fit without spacers. I just had to flip the quad shocks.

which conversion do you have? if its the mark7 rotor job then youll have problems with fitting the centercap on the front.

id be more concerened with the tire sizes. a 265 is a VERY wide tire to be putting on the front of a fox, especially a pre-91, ive got a 245 on my 17" saleens and it rubs the front spats when turned too far.

a 285 in the rear should fit fairly easy (compared to a 315 anyway). the fender will probably need to be rolled and the inner fender may need to pounded a bit, as well as the quad shock flipped/removed.

You need SN95 front conversion parts up front and out back you either need the 5-lug drum setup or any of the disk brake setups modified with the north race cars setup in order to retain stock rear fox track.

Spacers aren't a concern. The concern is that the wheel may stick out a little too far.

You may need to ditch your rear tailpipes and flip the quad shocks (or elim as last ditch effort)

Take some pics of your brakes and we can ID what you have

Yes, yes, and yes. There are many different flavors of 5 lug conversions and you need to know which one you have. I tried that same wheel/tire combo on my 92, and it looked fine with good clearance. I'm not running quad shocks so can't help there. I didn't drive with them on so i don't know how well it would have turned with the 265s in front. I am running 94 spindles and fox length axles. If you are running 96+ spindles and 94+ rear end don't plan on running those wheels being tucked or even flush. They will stick out.
