This is the closest my stock suspensioned car has ever been. Some notes on that pass, I thought I had killed something in the rear and this was the pass my dad was running the car to see what was wrong. I was standing in the background trying to listen. He ran a 14.1 @ 98 on that pass (thats what happens when you shift my car at under 5000 RPM). Also to note at this time the cars best pass was only a 13.0 @ 103. And yes I put the trim and stripes back on it after this pic.

thats not bad, I ran a 14.1 in my coupe launching at 5000 on slicks. but then again it was a true 14.1 sec car, it never saw 13's so there is the difference.
what RPM's did you shift at to run 13.0, and what RPM did your dad launch it at in this pic

anyone else??
I think everyone is modest

Well, this is the only thing I can do wheelies with. My Mustang is far from it but believe me, once I can I will do it on the street. I would love to have a picture of me taking off from the light with my wheels about a foot off the ground next to grocery getters and soccer moms. Just for the moment, enough for the picture.

Edit: I need to resize this pic a little, it annoys the hell out of me when pictures are so big you got to scroll sideways.

Not sure, my guess was the car dead hooked then bogged, so maybe 4500.

On that day it had a bad fuel pump and only went 13.1 @ 103, but that same cobo is whats in the sig going 12.5s, but the launches look much weaker than that! I shift it at 5600-5800 and launch it at 5000 for the best 60's!
