wheels and tires!!!!lowered 97

I am getting ready to purchase some wheels, and I have a couple of choices. First is 18x10, or 18x10.5? I think a 315 tire will fit on a 10" right? which leads me to my next question, With out removeing the quad shocks, will a 315 tire clear everything else? I do have H&R SS springs if that matters.
