When Changing Pulleys...

I have a pretty large aftermarket sound system that I put in and I read that if I put a 2"inch pulley around the alternator I can gain back about 60% that would normally be lost... So I could just pick this belt up at any local Autozone, PepBoys, Etc... or where can I get one cheapest? Thanks (sorry if this question seems stupid but just wanna be safe than sorry and waste my time going around...)

How large is your system? I am running 1400Watts without a capacitor and I have no troubles at all, light barely dim when I am at idle...but just barely. I just left the stock alt. pulley on when I switched the others. No problems yet.

I'm running 1000 watts and changed all 3 pulleys and havent had any charging issues at all.
