Start it over the winter. I do. Just let if run for about 45min so the exhaust heats up, give it a few "who's your daddy" revs and it will be fine. I start mine at least twice a month. Just make sure you let it run long enough so the moisture can burn off. If you let the car run for 10min and turn it off the moisture can rust out your exhaust from the inside out.V8SRGRT said:Mine is going to sleep at the end of the month. I have a 97 S10 to drive in the winter. I just pump the tires up really good, disconnect the neg battery cable, fill the tank up and add a little sta-bil to the gas to keep it fresh. I am not really sure how hard it is on the engine the first time i start it in the spring seeing how the oil has sat all winter and most of it drained off the engine components with only a slight coating on the parts left.....any opinions welcomed????
I dont think it has anything to do with the price of the car.
