I just bought another mustang and someone had removed the torsion rods that hold up the deck lid. I tried MPS and searching the internet, but no luck. Does anyone know where I can buy these new or used? Thanks

You will have to go to a junkyard.

FYI to those suggesting the lift shocks. A notchback uses torsion rods that run from side to side and hold the trunk lid up. Twisting the rods act like a spring and holds the lid open.

Thanks for the replies. I ended up going to a local guy who was reasonably priced. If anyone needs used parts that you can't find, he's got it.
