Have a wire harness coming from what I believe is referred to as the TAB and TAD located on the passenger side behind strut tower. This harness plugs into another harness that has vaccum lines. It appears that mine should have 5 lines from this harness. Mine actually has only two full lines, one line thats been cut at about an inch, and two empty holes in the rubber where some should be.

One full line runs to the canister that the EGR is plugged into, one runs over to the underside of the cobra intake just above the rear of the drivers valve cover. Where should the other three go?

On the front side of the intake just behind the TB there is a threaded port that has a cap on it. Should one go there? Where should that lead to?

I understand they may not be needed due to a different than factory intake, as well mine does not have a smog pump on it. I would like to run them to where they need to go if you guys have a clue.

Thanks for all your help through my recon/deconstruction.

Also, off of the wring harness that my MAF is run through there are two group of wires individually factory wrapped. Both of them end with a plug in port and both of them are plugged into a block. The block just basically caps them off and has no wires to them at all. These two just hang around by my fenderwell where the air intake enters. Any clue what these are?

Someone might chime in who knows a little more than me, but here I go. Your first issue with the vacuum lines behind the shock tower...I know these have to do with the EGR and Smog. Mine was deleted when I bought my car and the vacuum lines were all cut and capped; therefore, I removed all of those sensors...doesn't seemed to have presented a problem.

As for the items you described in your maf sensor wiring harness...pretty sure those are fuel pump relays. The square things that appear to be capping off the wires are actually relays. You need to keep these.

Hope this helps a little...like I said, someone else will probably know a little more about them and chime in.

The fuel pump relay is under the driver seat. The relay near your air intake is the WOT cutoff relay for the A/C. This disengages the A/C clutch when the throttle is to the floor.

After asking this and doing a little more research I have almost put together what you said. Basically those vaccum lines that arent hooked up just arent needed. As for those relays, I wasn't planning on ditching them, just curious what they were for. I appreciate you guys help.
