Not bad. It would be an improvement for me! I couldn't deal with the snow. Is that a recent pic?

that's a pic of when I just moved into the house, the roof was soo bad that it leaked non stop and there was a constant pool of water on it, that's fixed, and there is a new garage door and window along the side, next is the siding. it's enough to keep my car and do a little work but not very big. I'll post a before and after when the renos are done. The car has taken a back seat financially to give it a better home for now
