Where is the Air Charge Temperature (ATC) Sensor?

Where is the ATC, I think it stands for Air Charge Temperature Sensor located?

Also, when the thermastat is open would i be able to pinch the radiator hose?

The ACT is located in the #5 intake manifold runner. The ACT uses a plastic connector for the wiring & has two wires.

The water temp gauge sender is near the same location. It only has one a one wire push on connection
