Where is the fan relay for my 89 2.3 LX notch located?

I think it is part of the Integrated Relay Control Module, but my Chiltons does have the correct location, or at least there is no part located on the right fender well.

Is it the box under the dash to the left of the steering column? Or the box with the two relays (or buzzers?) to the right of the steering column?

For a basic 4 cyl car, this thing is complex, or it's my first in depth experience in EFI stuff and is frustrating me a bit.....

Thanks.

If I remember right the relay is under the dash to the left of the steering column. Mine had burned up so I just followed the smell of burning plastic. A real pain get to though.
Keep the faith once you fully understand EFI you will never go back!

its under the dash on the left of the steering wheel. mine is held on by a thin metal piece. It says TRW on the top cap of the relay and the top cap pops open with a small flatblade. You should see the two relay circuits inside after that. Generally the output on the fan one is burned at the connector. At least this is what I've seen the past two weeks when scrounging for them in the junkyard.

Is this an original Cluster that would work in my 1987 Convertible 2.3L? Turn signals work, but not correctly.
