Where to buy ignition tune up stuff

My MSD coil recently fried itself with my array of electrical problems. I noticed it when my car began to die off at just over 4K rpm. I tried a coil off an old lincoln and it helped so I know that was the problem. Now I gather that it would be good idea to redo all of the ignition parts. What's the best place for me to buy coil, plugs, and cap & rotor (The plug wires are still pretty new). And I don't really care if it's a MSD coil or just a stock replacement. Thanks.

I get some of the stuff at the parts store (brass terminals on the cap, Autolite plugs). For a coil, a lot of folks have had luck with the AZ coils - your call there. It's kinda like wires where folks like to have an MSD or whatever even though it might not be needed - the coil is right up front (Aesthetics).

Some performance oriented dealerships offer a tune up package (Downs Ford, maybe Bleakley, etc). The kits come with a decent array of stuff, as I recall.

Good luck.
