I have an idea about something I would like to make...but I have no idea where I would get the parts needed.
Basically I would need a plastic mold so I can make a shape out of wood, or other material and use it to make a mold that I can duplicate the shape in normal plastic.....the same kind of plastic that is used for console parts or dash parts. You know, easily drilled but sturdy.
Also, where can you buy that kind of plastic that would be used in a mold?
Like for instance, say I wanted to make a custom gauge pod that fit on the dash. I would use wood or something to make what I want, but I would want to then copy that shape in plastic so it could be reproduced over and over.
