When I got the price quote from Summit yesterday, the guy said they could mount & balance the fronts (skinnies) but not the back tires. He said they can't do it because MT recommends tubes with ET Streets and I wasn't buying tubes. I don't want tubes. I know plenty of guys with ET's and no tubes with no problems. I told him I didn't mind airing them up every few weeks, but he refused to M&B. I couldn't beleive it.mob said:imo summit has the best prices and fastest shipping and best service, hands down.
Ive ordered welds, and mickey thompson tires from them.
I've seen too many stupid guys do the mounting and balancing at the tire shops here. If it isn't a wheel/tire from a regular car, they don't know what to do. I worry about them damaging the rims.mob said:hmm why not just buy them and get them mounted somewhere else for like 12 bucks each.
