Where to find spacer for c/c plates?

I just bought some used Caster/Camber plates and they came in the mail missing one of the spacers...Where would I be able to buy one, or would I have to have one machined up? Also, maybe someone can tell me what brand mine are?

if they are steel, i would bet maximum motorsports.

Figure out the brand, and then you should be able to get a bushing kit etc. for that brand from the manufacturer. That is what i had to do with my kenny Browns.
