The PP piece will work with both internal and external balanced engines. If you need 28 oz. just take the weight out by loosening a few screws.

These balancer have removeable weights on them. Lets say you switched setup and used a 50oz balance system. All you would have to do is order the 50oz weight it self and not a whole new balancer.

No if it is a stock balancer you can not remove the weight from it and tranfer it to another. However if you have an aftermarket balancer it may have this feature and the only way to find out is by removing the balancer. So if you have a stock balancer the answer is no the weight can't be removed.

The balancer you posted has the right weight on it but my concern is that it only has 3 bolt holes(the one pictured). Does your have 3 or 4? The one I bought(81&later 50oz) had 4 because thats what mine required. I think the 80&earlier only has 3.

You will have to call them and ask. I don't know if the 80&earlier with the 28oz are just in 3 bolt or are available in the 4 bolt pattern .

I have a SFI approved version of the Proffessional Products balancer. It is nice because it can be used for 0, 28, and 50 oz imbalance setups.

You said you needed a 28oz imbalance balancer for your 347ci stroker motor. So, when you order your balancer tell them you need the 28oz version of the balancer for a 1994/1995 Mustang GT. You will also need to get the spacer that will adapt your crank pulley to the balancer. Be sure to ask if it comes with the spacer! I got mine from www.TheMustandDepot.com. They had very good customer service.

BTW, this weekend on Horsepower TV they featured the same balancer I have on Hot Parts
