where to get adhesion promoter for scoop?

ok so I got my Pre-painted Roush hood scoop. Where do I get the adhesion promoter fot dbl stick tape? Or do I even need it since the Roush also uses screws?
Side note:
I got it direct from Roush and the paint and prep work is excellant.

Stop by any auto body shop. They'll probably give it to you. You only need to use it where the 2 sided tape contacts the bare unpainted plastic or urethane. If the tape is already on the new parts then you don't need it.

yes, the adhesion promoter is only for the scoop, and not the paint on the hood. just be sure to clean the hood very well to assure adhesion.
