Where to mount an Amp?

Arite, after much thought and mind changing, i finally have the idea for my system. so far i have a single 12" going in a box (a friend is making for free, to get practice, hes very good actually) in the trunk. Im going to make a rear seat delete. Thats where im monting the amp, NO wires will be visible. My question is, should i mount the amp on the bottom peice (where your ass would go is there was a seat) oe the bottom peice (where your back would go if there was a seat)? this is the last detail im strugglin with! thanks again guys.

well it will be taken out when i go to the track lol... i figure the rear seat delete is easy to tremove, unhook wiring an the amp comes with it then the box is just lifted out.. so not too bad.

not sure what you are talking about. if you are doing a rear seat delete the amp mounting location wont matter, it will look like crap either way. do you have a hatch? if so, the spot on the back of the backseat between the back panel is the best.
