I have a MSD 6A brand new with harness I got for almost free. I have a CIA but there really isn't much room under it as some iv seen. Any idea's on where to mount it. I can relocate the battery but thats a hassle as we all know but get better weight distro from it. Anyone cut a hole in the battery tray and put it there? Any idea's or pics of what other people have done. Im close to relocating the battery. Wanted to ask on here first ALWAYS get great feed back here.

Thanks

Mines mounted inside the cabin, under the dash on the left side of the stereo area. It's not in the way, but you do get to listen to it hum

Someone posted about two weeks ago pics of their's mounted on the passenger side shock tower. He used a bracket from Summit Racing, maybe this one?

Mine is mounted on the passenger inner fender (next to the MAF area) and it's not close to my CAI, but that kind of stuff can vary with different CAIs.

Mines tucked away behind the intake tube on the 7-up. I don't have a pic of my 91, but it's under the drivers seat.

Check out my progress thread, link is below.

I mounted my 6al programable inside the drivers fender well, when I did the harness hide.
