I have a C&L cold air intake with K&N conical filter in the engine bay.
This is what I basically have, but the conical filter is where the air box is in this picture.

Does anybody know where I can purchase a heat shield that goes around the filter. I've seen them on K&N's CAI kits and other companies, but I have never seen the shields for sale separately.
Something like this http://www.cnlperformance.com/index.html
What's everyone think about the Kenne Bell Ram Air setup

I know about clearance issues and water being sucked up. My car is not a daily driver. Mainly used for drag racing, short weekend drives every so often.
Or this BBK fenderwall set-up.

I'd rather keep what I have now because it's pretty much a straight shot to the throttle body. The less turns the better I've always heard. That's why I'm looking for the heat shield.
Thanks
