well......for one thing Striped, I didnt realize that you guys (all huddled up like a bunch of Girl Scouts) were the "fastest" maine had to offer or I would have come over and made my point right infront of you. I spent most of my time in the pits with the racers and race cars....you should try it sometime, you'd be amazed at what you might learn, for example.....How to make horsepower!!!.......I hope you realize that the Novi you have on your car is capable of running mid 9's with the right tune up, not grinding gears to high 12's.....you do realize that Factory Stock would hand you your butt on a silver platter?....right?......there was one car I was impressed with, the white turbo LX hatch, that looks like a nice car....too bad the only action it will see is free revving it in the parking lot to make the "whooshing sound" so all the 15 and 16 years olds can go....."Whooooooooooooooaaaaaaaaa.....did you hear that thing.....it sounds like a space ship"......lol......oh and one more thing, Badstang...my combo is very basic, just a little 302 with a few of the usual bolt ons.....lol........you obviously have never seen action on the street have you?.....cause you should know better than to make a silly statement like......"tell us what you have"......Ever heard of a "run what you brung" race?.....there are no data sheets pasted to the windows of the cars lined up to race, just a bunch of closed hoods and stone faced drivers.....open your eyes a little, you might even see one someday........
