wheres the damn turn signal flasher!

car is a 91, cant find the damn thing for the life of me. I dont see anything behind the radio besides two relays, and nothing under the dash, can someone tell me what exactly it looks like?

the turn signal flasher is mounted on the instrument panel reinforcement above the fuse panel and the hazzard warning flasher is mounted in the fuse panel
look at diagram below hope it helps...

The turn signal flasher for the 91 has normally been left of the glove box. The stock flasher is a short plastic cylinder and are normally light blue in color.

Here is a picture of where it is in a 93, might be a good place to check first. Just open the glove box and gently push in each side so that it will flip all the way open and down.View attachment 473718

i didnt see it behind the glove box.
and that "instrument panel reinforcment" confuses me. tell me where to look from the fuse box, i am lost.

It wouldn't be behind the glove box, but to the left of the glove box behind the dash.
