Sears has a few low profile ones on sale atm, and I'm looking to see if anyone has one or what other brand they'd recommend.

The reviews on Sear's website were mixed. Some attributed the piston failure to a crappy product, while others said it was owner error.

So, what brand do you have and how has it been holding up for you?

I would love the sears aluminum racing jack; my buddy has had one for years and hasnt had one problem with it. For me, I have a Michelin that I got at Sams... it works good, but it doesnt fit under lowered cars.

I have the alum one from sears, it has worked fine for the 3 years i've had it.

However, i still have to use the two jack method to get the car in the air, can't get to the k-member w/ one jack.

I use an AC Delco $25 floor jack. Fits under my pro kit lowered car no problem.
Works fine when combined with my 2 jack stands. I never get under the car when its only on the jack. cheap insurance.

I am using a Roush one I got from Sams. It works great, lifts high, fits under my car (barely) ... I also have a truck though and need something that will lift more than 20in. The jack I have, while it works great, is not something you are going to transport around with you .. lol ... It weighs a LOT!!!!
