which eddy intake?

hey guys.....im in need of your help:D

im piecing my h/c/i combo and im almost done......so far i got tfs heads with tfs 1.6 rr's and a custom cam from fps (224/234 - .532/.536 LSA at 112 or 114 i forget). whats in question is my intake.....right now i have the performer intake but was considering to step up to the performer rpm......i dont want to rev passed 6k but i want all the power i can get, so i know i have to go with the rpm...... THEN i heard about the rpm II.....i know the rpm band on both is from 1500- 6500 but i heard you can get more power out of the rpm II.......my tuner suggested the rpm II...what do you guys suggest? i dont wanna rev past 6k....my cam is good from 1500-6k......should i just go with the rpm? or is the rpm II worth it? or will my performer do the job (doubt it). so you guys know, i plan to put a blower on the car sometime in the near future but plan on minimal boost (5 or 6 psi). thanks guys

p.s......does it sound like my cam is gonna be a loper:D i cant wait!!!!!

is there any sound clips that may sound like my cam, that i can hear? thanks guys:hail2:

sorry for so many q's:)

Wow, nice way to slide in that advertisement. :notnice::rolleyes:

Also, I disagree on porting the Performer unless you can port an intake yourself. The money you would have to sink into it to get it to flow good could be used towards something better. The RPMII would be your best bet and will be the best intake out of the ones listed for boost. Also IMO 5-6psi out of a Supercharger is a waste of time and money.

Hey buzzoff! And mind your own business. AND why 5-6 psi a waste of time? Please explain before say something stupid as you always are in every single mustang forum there is.

I am sick of your arrogant ass. Why you always think everything you do is right? and everyone else is doing wrong? Is that how people from SC are? Just bunch of HATERS with no commom sense?

And why are you in 94-95 forum when you seems to own 32V as your sig??? Post some pics of your car i really want to see it. I know many people do to. Show us what you have done to your car. So we know you are walking your talk. And if you happen to have 5.0 post some pics and dyno graphs so you may proof your combo...

otherwise:Zip2:

Last I remember this wasn't the for sale section. And if you aren't paying for advertisement or ask if you can then I'd say you shouldn't. Plus this is a pubic forum so I can say whatever the hell I want. And I have both a 5.0 and a 4.6 so I think I'm just at home here. Pics of the 5.0? How bout a video..

YouTube - CAMMED Turbo 5.0

In that video it was a thrown together setup of 165 heads, Performer intake, custom N/A cam, and I decided to put a turbo on it after the H/C/I @ 8psi and it ran 122mph in the 1/4th. 11.4 @ 121mph was its best ET. This was through the stock T5 with a slipping King Cobra clutch. Now it has a T56 with a Spec stage 3 clutch and I'm building a 331 stroker with a TW box intake, TW CNCed 205s, and a custom cam. After I get bored with the 331 the 410W I'm working on will go in along with a 200 shot from a Zex plate setup. :D

And as for the 32v, here it is...

Along with the dyno numbers...

The 32v hasn't been to the track since the new numbers but on the old stock motor before I snapped some rods in it I had it singing 10.9 @ 126mph. Now once I get the 3650 transmission to ProMotion I should have it running in the 9's at around 140mph on nitrous.

So no...I definately can't walk my talk. :rlaugh: Suck it up big boy and :Zip2:

let me worry about the 5-6 psi.....everybody has different plans for their cars .....you stick to yours and ill stick to mine....i appreciate the technical feedback though, thanks.........i dont mind hollywood stang advertising since he stays real close to me...... hey hollywood stang, ill pm you later for some polish work:)....due to my budget ill probably go with the performer rpm instead of the rpm2......im still not sure if im going with the blower so i dont wanna kill my low end......this car is mostly for the street/highway and an occasional 400 mile trip up north
