Which ex. gaskets?

I am doing a PI head swap in a few weeks and I got the ford racing head changing kit and it come with new ex. gaskets and I am getting some bbk headers and I was woundering which gaskets should I use the ones that come with the headers or the ford racing ones? Which will seal better? Thanks.

my personal preference is the Percy's Dead-Soft manifold gaskets.. they are 4 layers of aluminum... work great... and fairly inexpensive... you can pick them up at summitracing.com or the factory tri-metal layed ones...

I agree on the stock ones too. Had problems with aftermarket gaskets(they leaked bad), and reinstalled stock gaskets and they never leaked.
