Which grade of Amsoil should I run?

A buddy of mine is an Amsoil distributor and will get me everything at cost. Which grade should I run. 5w-30?

You are not going to get a definitive answer here. These "what type of oil?" threads go on for ever. Do not ask how often you should change it either...

But seriously, do a search there are a lot of threads on this subject.

I use 5W-20 because Ford tells me to...
