"Any car that has a 3G or high output current alternator needs
a 4 gauge ground wire running from the block to the chassis
ground where the battery pigtail ground connects."
Now I guess this might be a dumb question. I know we have a engine ground strap and a few other grounds like the battery ground to car's chassis. I just want to make sure I upgrade the right wire. Currently only running a PA Performance 4 guage wire from alternator to battery. The last tech write up I read was on a 5.0 so I might have gotten confused on locations. Its in the 20's here and windchill in the teens and I only have a outside carport to work on the car. So not really wanting to go black/hidden ground wire searching in this weather.
Thanks
Josh
