Which head gasket(again) Pleas help!

OK, turns out I have the edelbrock 6025 heads, and I went to order the gaskets today, it says to use a loc wire gasket, then the guy asked me if it has a groove it the heads or on the block for one, but it doesnt?

So which one do I use? The loc wire or not.

if you do not have the groove in the head made for the locwire gasket use a Fel-Pro 10111

That's what I figured, yet the Edelbrock book says to use the locwire gasket with the 6025's....
