Which header gasket to use?

I asked this once b4 i installed my bassani headers and i was told ford oringinal, well i used that and 2 of the exhaust ports burned out, i dont mean blew out, i mean the gasket material burned out, so is there a company that makes stainless steel gaskets or should i use the bassani gaskets that came with the headers, or try ford oringinal again?
