Out of the Trick flow series of heads, which should I go with. My combo will be an e303 cam, gt-40 or edelbrock rpm2 intake. Should I go with the stock twisted wedges or the track heat? Also, how are the high port twisted wedges. Who thinks I'd be better off with the AFR 185's?

I think you're better off with the AFRs... the high ports don't seem to be a bad deal though.

I might get flamed, but you should think about a set of GT40P heads. I had a set ported and polished with 1.90 x 160 valves and a Crane .550 spring kit and after I bolted them on I was rewarded with almost 50 rear wheel horses. Best part they cost $695.00 shipped to my door with all the work done to them.

Just a thought!!!

114mph is most impressive out of that combo.
how much does the car weigh, and what compression are you running?

Funny you should ask I just had the car weighed at the scales. Car weighs in at 2973 with driver I was figuring more like 3150 and I am running about 9.5:1 compression. Bad news though just blew my engine a coupleof weeks ago at the track. No worries though just ordered a 308 short block. Will be installing it this weekend.

I average about 30 miles a day driving, I also get 18-20 MPG on the highway and 12-15 MPG in the city. I also have run a best 12.09 @ 114 MPH with this setup and I still have power everything including A/C

i'd say go with the good old TW heads, track heats are nothing but a spring upgrade as far as I understand. High ports are nice if you can get the standard headers to work with them....
